Professional Qualifications
My work includes individual and group supervision, this is alongside being an active executive coach and co-facilitating courses, the current one with Marie Faire 'working with Difference - Exploring Race'. My approach is integrative using a dialogic style influenced by mindfulness and somatics. My areas of interest include issues arising from race and intersectionality and how they might impact on our practice.
I am a member of the Association of Coaching, the Climate Coaching Alliance and an affiliate member of the British Society Psychological Society; I enjoy the coaching communities developed through them and the Henley Centre for Coaching.
