Accessing and using the AOCS website
A guide to getting the most of our the AOCS website

Accessing and using the AOCS website

Your guide to accessing and using the AOCS website (1st March 2018)

Registering for the website:

https://www.associationofcoachingsupervisors.com/

Login to access your Profile:

If you haven’t already registered for the new website, click ‘Login’ at the top right of your display; add the email address you used for the previous site, then click on ‘lost your password?’

Already registered? Then just click My Profile at the top right of your display;

Lost your password?

Happens a lot, so click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link to receive a new login - remember to save it somewhere safe!

Adding events or articles:

Add your articles or events by going to My Events/create new event/save event, or,

My Articles/create new article/save article. Please add visuals/photos, then click ‘submit for review’ to get our administrators to verify your post and to publish it to appear shortly on the website.

Editing existing events:

After submitting for review, you can still pull it from the review queue using the appropriate button, edit it, and then resubmit for review.

Once an event has been approved and is live, it is no longer editable. This is to prevent potential hackers from posting direct to the live site without AOCS Admin review. If you need to update an existing event:

  • Request administrator to unpublish your event temporarily e.g. your current supervision group, to allow you to access it and make any changes necessary.
  • Then please re-submit these events for approval/re-publishing using: manage events/create event

Still having difficulty?

If all else fails, then contact Susanna at susanna@cowshedworks.co.uk who can help you.
