How is AOCS relevant to Organisations?
There are two categories of membership for organisations:
- Coaching Organisations who employ people who are acting in a supervisor capacity
- Training Providers who provide accredited coaching supervision training/development
Coaching Organisations
Organisations of all sizes can become members, and may include:
- Companies experiencing change who are using coaching as a key strategy to achieve success
- Companies aiming to develop a 'coaching culture'
- Public sector – Government departments and local authorities – or third sector organisations, who need their internal coaches to be supervised and to sustain their accreditation and CPD
- Coaching Associations who want to promote and offer ongoing supervision to their members
- Coach Training Schools, universities and FE colleges who want to offer internal supervision to their coaches/mentors whilst ‘in training’, and to support their continuing development afterwards
- Sponsors and Partners can form alliances with AOCS - please enquire by completing our General Contact form
How it works
- The organisation will pay for a number of registrations for their employees acting in a coaching supervision capacity.
- Each relevant employee will be registered as a separate named member and included on the public directory as appropriate to their personal status (in training, accredited etc.)
Coaching Organisation Member Benefits include:
- listed as an Coaching Organisation Members and therefore seen as having links to best practice in supervision resources, competencies, and qualification routes
- free participation in regular web-forums and webinars
- membership of our LinkedIn Group, for member-to-member chat/exchange of ideas and issues re supervision
- receive News Update with relevant features on best practice
- discounts on book and e-book purchases, magazine subscriptions, etc.
- reduced cost when attending AOCS events, webinars, workshops, forums, conferences organisation member listing
- reciprocal links between websites, display AOCS logo as a member
- sponsorship opportunities to promote relevant products/services to our members, and to offer discounts; conference sponsorship opportunities
Membership fees
- Small/micro organisations Annual membership fee: £200 (no VAT applicable) for up to 5 named members
- Medium size organisations Annual membership fee: £360 (no VAT applicable) for up to 10 named members.
- Large organisations Annual membership fee: £770 (no VAT applicable) for up to 25 named members
Rates for more than 25 members will be by arrangement.
A £10 Joining Fee will be added to all new joiner fees, for the first year only. This is to cover additional time and processing costs incurred by the AOCS membership team.
Training Providers
Training Providers of all sizes can become members and will be providers of accredited coaching supervision training programmes/courses.
How it works
- This will be relevant to different groups of people each year as it will apply to each individual only once unless they have attended multiple programmes
- Learners registered with the Training Providers will be able to have one year’s membership (including registration in the public directory reflecting the appropriate status) for the cost of the £10 joining fee only
Training Providers Member Benefits include:
- Support for the Training Provider’s students linking to best practice in supervision resources, competencies, and qualification routes
- free participation in regular web-forums and webinars – helping create new networks for those in training
- membership of our LinkedIn Group, for member-to-member chat/exchange of ideas and issues re supervision
- receive News Update with relevant features on best practice
- discounts on book and e-book purchases, magazine subscriptions, etc.
- reduced cost when attending AOCS events, webinars, workshops, forums, conferences organisation member listing
- reciprocal links between websites, display AOCS logo as a member
- sponsorship opportunities to promote relevant products/services to our members, and to offer discounts; conference sponsorship opportunities
Membership fees
- Up to 5 students free: Annual fee: £200 (no VAT applicable)
- Up to 10 students free Annual fee: £360 (no VAT applicable)
- Up to 25 students free Annual fee: £770 (no VAT applicable)
Rates for more than 25 students being given access to the ‘free’ first year will be by arrangement.
