Greenfields Group Supervision
Are you a professional coach? If so good practice would suggest we engage in regular supervision typically at least once a quarter. At Greenfields we run group supervision on the phone almost every month of the year. Make things simple and book ahead with our package of 4 sessions. You can schedule them now and flex them later if you need to. Group supervision is a great way of connecting with other coaches, to reflect on your practice and share experiences.
Share 90 minutes with a maximum of 3 other coaches and be assured of dedicated time to discuss the case you bring. You will be able to meet a diverse range of people, both internal and independent coaches who are all open to exchanging ideas.
Michelle structures the time as follows :
* Arrivals and setting a positive frame
* Establishing the contract and creating a safe space in which to work
* Case reviews from each person (you choose how you want to receive support from the group)
* Pause for reflection: what have you learned today?
*An appreciative close
