Why Beyond the Edges?
I have often found myself in the liminal space between conventional thinking and post conventional thinking. As I have become more secure in who I am, I can clearly see what it is like for my fellow coaches in that transition. It takes time and can feel profoundly lonely.
Beyond the Edges is when the theory and learning are in a place of unconscious competence. You naturally draw on all of who you are (or would like to do more of that)
Perhaps you find yourself asking “Why?” a lot more.
Who is this for?
Experienced coaches who may also have interest in other modalities. The Leadership Development Framework will feature in these Supervision Sessions.
