The Working with Difference - Exploring Race Programme

This will be the second time Marie and Fenella deliver this programme. We are passionate about foregrounding the issue of Race in coaching, hence this is being offered to supervisors and experienced coaches with the intention of expanding the reach within the coaching profession.

The topics we will cover include:

• Understanding racism in the context of all intersectionality
• How racism plays out in the way we live our lives
• How it applies in supervision and coaching

Commitment:
There will be some pre-reading and we will invite you to do reflection and some work between sessions.

Participants will be provided with a link to a shared drive where we will put all resources and materials during the series, including the pre-reading.
