The small group (4-6 coaches from differing backgrounds) meets every 3 months with dates arranged to suit participants apart from the 4th session which has two groups observing each other working, so date has to suit all.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own issues and to tape a coaching sesion (not seen by others) and discuss learning. Reflexive practice is encouraged to enable growth as a coach. Between sessions is a 20 minute offer with Kate to look at recording more closely; or any other issue the supervisee brings.
