"Thank you for the way you run the (supervision) Action Learning Sets. I have enjoyed your understated but firm and challenging approach and your practical and pragmatic advice which I think is very effective as well as enjoyable"
(Michael Frater, Interim Chief Executive)

“Kate's approach in the supervision session was focused and challenging. Through Kate's attentive listening and thoughtful questioning, I was able to identify how to better work with my coachee. Kate was particularly effective at "lasering in" on the issues I was grappling with and helping me become more aware of some "blind spots" in my coaching practice. She enabled me to identify what I needed to do and how to work with my client more effectively. I very much appreciated Kate's insightful approach to this supervision and the fact that it made me feel more confident and better equipped to work with my coaching clients. ”
(Lucy Owens, HR Dept, Sheffield Hallam University)

“Kate's supervision has been an essential part of my development as a coach and mentor. Through her expert facilitation of an Action Learning Set she provides a challenging yet supportive environment where I have discovered new insights about my own style. ”
(Janet Dean, consultant coach)

“Kate's supervision promotes reflective consideration of coaching practice, actively encouraging practitioners to ground their practical experiences within a range of theoretical constructs in order to further their own learning and development. Kate uses a wide variety of approaches in her supervisory role and engages individuals and groups within learning sets in developmental analyses of complex issues, set against the backdrop of her own deep professional knowledge and expertise.”
(Neil Galbraith, consultant coach)
