Virtual Coach Support & CPD Group

An Open Space for Coaches

This is the second of our meetings to be transferred online due to COVID 19 restrictions.

Usually, we meet once a quarter in Manchester.

In May, nine coaches attended and we used our time to consider the impact of COVID 19 on our practice as coaches as well as the changing business environment. Here is some of the feedback:

“Loved it and found the turning off of cameras really powerful.  I gained an awful lot from hearing everyone else’s reflections afterward too, so much resonated with me”

“It helped me untangle some of the emotional and rational threads around business development and future uncertainty that I think have become knotted up recently……………………………………………

I think the Zoom platform works well. Nice to see a few more additional people join the group and yet it still felt safe and a place where I could be open about how I was feeling. Good to get into pairs/small groups to talk things through.”

“I got a lot of useful ideas to help me to ‘recharge’ and ‘re-orient’ myself.”

“I just wanted to say thank you for Monday’s session I found it extremely useful. It actually has made me reflect a lot and raised a few questions for me which I would like to explore further.”

If you have not been to one of our sessions in Manchester before now, then maybe this is an easy and time-efficient option for you to try it out. Please feel free to pass on to anyone outside of the area who may want to join this session now that it is online.

Our group session is open to anyone and all levels of coaching experience are catered for. Learning will emerge from the opportunity to stand back and reflect on your coaching practice with others in an informal and inclusive environment.  

Cost: £40 ( no VAT) New price reflects no venue costs or travel and shorter session time

• Email me to book your place and receive an invoice
• A zoom link will be sent on booking and a pre/post reflective sheet to aid learning
• Refunds will not be given. All attendees will receive a CPD certificate on request.

The Global Ethical Code of the Association for Coaching and EMCC says “Members will engage in supervision with a suitably qualified supervisor or peer supervision group with a level of frequency that is appropriate to their coaching or mentoring practice, the requirements of their professional body and the level of their accreditation.”
