About Julia
Julia is an experienced supervisor of coaches and other supervisors and runs a monthly CPD/coach support/reflective practice group online. She is one of the leading executive coaches in the North West and Midlands and is a well known networker within the coaching community.
Julia is also an Accredited Master Executive Coach and holds Member status of the Association for Coaching (AC), and Member of British Psychological Society.
One of the few coaches offering coach mentoring supervision services who has supervision qualifications from two of the leading supervision consultancies in the UK. (Coaching Supervision Academy and Bath Consultancy Group)
Julia takes a broad church approach to supervision and is happy to work with coaches and supervisors on personal development as well as key client issues and dilemmas. Her supervisees appreciate her pragmatism around help with business development and the generous sharing of experiences from 20 years of running her own coaching and supervision practice.
She is a member of the Global Supervisors Network and is particularly interested in advancing research around the supervision of supervision.
Rates
| Supervision Rate | Most supervisees when choosing face-to-face sessions opt for 2 hours at £250.00 for the session, or online (Zoom) at £180.00 per hour. Contracts are for 4 hours minimum per year. |
| Group Supervision Rate | Corporate internal coach supervision - £500 per 3.5 hr session. Virtual group supervision for independents is £60 per 2-hour session. |
| Telephone Supervision Rate | £180.00 per hour ( frequency to suit ) for phone/Zoom |
| Other Rate | No VAT is charged. |
