Ursula Clidière is an AC and CSA Accredited Coach Supervisor, holds the CBC™ designation with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) with her Master CMBC™ designation pending. Inspired by creativity-fueled approaches to Coaching Supervision, Ursula has completed an EMCC accredited Practitioners Diploma Program which is looking at tapping into innate creativity reservoirs which in turn supports effective coaching and supervision practices. As her interest in vertical development (adult maturity) continues to fuel her journey, Ursula is trained in Spiral Dynamics and as a Leadership Maturity Coach (Cook -Greuter).

Ursula is the former head of Global Quality Management Systems and EU Medical Device compliance (45 sites) at a US Fortune 100. In 2005, she completed her doctoral degree program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Her corporate career was followed by several years in Lifescience Compliance Consulting and Coaching. Ursula is a guest lecturer at the Manchester Metropolitan University in the Business Psychology faculty (also BPsy "Beeps" Mentor) and the Program Lead for Business Coaching Supervision at the Global Institute of Organizational Coaching.
