I supervise coaches, management consultants and both student and ordained ministers. I specialise in providing supervision designed for coaches who wish to work, or are working currently, within a wider spiritual context in their relationships with clients. I support them in exploring new perspectives and deepening current approaches to their own work and those of their clients.

I have been working as a supervisor since 2012. I am an Accredited Coaching Supervisor with ICCS (International Centre for Coaching Supervision, a Graduate Supervisor with CSTD (Centre for Supervision & Team Development) and an Accredited Supervisor with the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation.

Specialising in leadership development, change capability and resilience, I have been running my own independent coaching and supervision practice for over 20 years. My particular interest is in transitions and building personal awareness and resilience through the use of reflective and mindful practices and rituals.

I have a background in management consultancy. I have worked with business leaders and project management teams from diverse cultural backgrounds, connecting and engaging them with their strategic vision, purpose, meaning and values.
