I work with individuals , groups and organistions, and I supervise recently trained coaches from Coaching Pacific's ICF ACSTH approved programme.
I am an ICF accredited coach and I uphold the ICF code of ethics and standards of practice.
I partner coaches, teams and organisations in building, maintaining and sustaining ethical and emotional safety for coaches, coachees and organisations; in growing and sustaining self awareness, knowledge of processes and systems and tools; and in fostering excellence and inspired coaching for everyone involved - all in commitment to a better world.
My company is Coaching Pacific Ltd, medical and health-coaching, and I am in the process of writing a 30 hour supervision and presence training programme which will be submitted for ICF CCEs.
Rates
| Supervision Rate | 1:1 - as a coach you will pay me your highest coaching session rate for each hour of supervision. This ensures that you pay only what you can earn for one coaching session for your supervision. |
| Group Supervision Rate | This varies. An example in New Zealand is 6 coaches who pay $NZ75 each for a two hour session. |
| Telephone Supervision Rate | This varies. An example in New Zealand is 6 coaches who pay $NZ75 each for a two hour session. |
Qualifications
