I have always combined my dedication to people and work and the acquisition of new skills with a constant passion for continuous learning, always exploring new fields.
I have a master’s degree in Philosophy from Rome University and after graduating I worked as a teacher for a few years in a secondary school. Some years later I specialised in Human Resources and Executive Coaching and I started working in the field of sales, mainly in the Middle East and Far East, Europe and US, also living in Atlanta, Georgia US for one year. Once back in Europe, I began to work within multinational organisations covering HR roles and gaining a solid experience in this field over the years.
Continuing my research and studies, in 2009 I completed a Master of Science in Creative Leadership, Change and Innovation, Buffalo, NY. Since then, as Master Trainer and Facilitator in Creative Leadership and Change, I have worked with a variety of multinational and local organizations in change management and leadership development, focusing on performance partnership and continuous evolution, supporting people, through individual & team/group coaching, to work on one’s unconscious bias, to reach their full potential and achieve their desired personal and professional goals in line with their well-being
