I've had the best of times enhancing my professional development as a Coach Mentor and Coach Supervisor by helping others to develop the EMCC professional standards in accreditation processes for training programmes and individual practitioners. Along the way I've gained my own EMCC Accreditations at Master Coach level, Coach Supervisor and my company at Foundation, Practitioner and Senior Practitioner all have EQA accreditation with an ESQA for the Coach Supervisor training.
EMCC International President from 2011-2017 leading the contribution of EMCC in the development of professional practice in Coaching, Mentoring, Supervision and now EMCC Special Ambassador: promoting supervision globally is part of the role profile. As a volunteer with the EMCC for over 15 years I've contributed to the design of accreditations for coaching & mentoring and supervision: EQA, EIA, ESQA. I was in the first cohort of practitioners to be awarded the EIA Master Coach Practitioner and now have my supervision practice ESIA accredited.

I speak regularly at conferences on latest trends in our industry and had great fun researching Artificial Intelligence for a keynote session at The Americas Coaching Supervision Conference in Vancouver Island in April 2018. This topic has now become a bit of a learning passion and appears in a chapter jointly written with David Clutterbuck for an EMCC Book Series publication Coaching Supervision.
