I started my career as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, before moving into a variety of internal audit roles within financial services. Whilst at Barclays, I moved into Learning & Development and spent a number of years running leadership programmes for both mid-and senior-level managers and training and supervising the faculty of internal coaches. I have worked on a freelance basis since 2020. I am incredibly passionate about working with coaches to explore their practice and become the best coaches that they can be. I have a deep belief in the power and importance of supervision and reflective practice through both personal experience and many years of working in the field.

I have been coaching for over 10 years and supervising for the last 5 years. I work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from the corporate world, to the charitable sector to education. Those that I work with range from new coaches just starting out in their practice through to those who have been coaching for many years. I supervised internal coaches for a number of years in Barclays before formalising my practice with an accreditation with the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2019 – 2020 and subsequently the EMCC. I specialise in supervising creatively to co-create the space within which deep personal and professional transformation can emerge.
