Kathy is an accredited and board-certified coach/mentor who specialises in executive coaching for existing and emerging leaders, mentoring, and training.
Kathy was appointed Director of Mentor and Supervised Coaching at the ICA. Since 2007, she has coach/mentored hundreds of students/coaches from 90 countries around the World. I also mentor coaches in my private practice - IMPEL Inc.
She conducted extensive research to design a self-development coaching program with a fresh communication style that incorporates creative and innovative training and wellness techniques guaranteed to bring your personal and professional life into alignment with your vision and values.
Kathy's coaching program supports individuals to live well-balanced and purposeful lives by embracing self-responsibility and self-care, building confidence, exploring opportunities and uncovering all the possibilities -- one step at a time.
Kathy is sure to motivate and empower you to live your best life personally and professionally.
She subscribes to The ICFs Code of Ethics and the International Coaching Council (ICC) Code of Ethics.
