About Kathie
As a successful business owner in the IT & Finance sector for 25 years, I have developed my Supervision style from over 2 decades of coaching and mentoring practice gained through a blended mixture of business owner-focused consultancy and training.
A member of the Association of Business Mentors, Master member of the EMCC and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management my approach is both authoritative and facilitative, using my background in training and leadership to empathically focus on the self-awareness and personal growth of the Coach/Mentor/Supervisor to enhance their own practice. I predominantly use Supervisory spaces, and raise awareness by introducing clean language and reflective practice through Dialectual behavioural therapy techniques, in addition to the seven-eyed model.
I am a passionate member of the Gloucester Quays rotary group and volunteer my time to local charities in a mentoring and supervision capacity, and have helped to develop peer groups within my role as Vice president of the Chamber of Commerce and with the ABM on the Help to Grow scheme.
Rates
