About Jenny
As an auditor for 20 years I started to build my people and coaching skills alongside my 'day job'. For the last two years I have complemented my coaching with learning and development facilitation (through international webinar agencies) and advising organisations on governance. An interesting mix!
It means I have a strong understanding of both organisational and individual needs and how to bring teams together to be their best. I also have experience of internal coaching programmes and the role of supervision in those environments.
Jenny was elected Treasurer by members for our new company.
