I have a particular interest in working with people who would like to improve their personal and professional leadership performance, effectiveness and develop their self-confidence and self esteem.
My senior and executive leadership experience means that I’m well placed to support people in executive and senior positions, grappling with complex, strategic change and improvement issues.
I strongly believe in empowering people to be the very best they can be in all aspects of their professional and personal lives.
I work with people at all levels from many different communities, including those with neuro-difference, across a broad range of organisations from the charitable, public, private, community and education sectors.
