About Frouke
Frouke is a leadership consultant and coach with over 20 years of experience working across the corporate, public and third sectors. Frouke strongly believes that each individual has a valuable contribution to make. She is passionate about facilitating to unleash the potential of the individual client, the team or the organisation. Frouke’s clients say about her that the quality of her listening results in an excellent understanding of client needs, she co-creates for breakthrough results, she builds trust easily, challenges in a supportive manner and her enthusiasm is contagious.
Frouke is Management Partner of TPC Leadership in the Netherlands. She works as leadership consultant, facilitator and executive (team) coach and supervisor for a range of global & local organisations in the Netherlands and internationally. Her assignments vary from organizational culture assessment and development to team development and individual coaching and supervision of caoches and team coaches. As experienced business coach, Frouke provides face to face individual coaching to support leadership and career transitions for clients in the public and private sector, and remote coaching for international NGO clients. Within the non-profit sector, Frouke has delivered leadership development and (team) coaching for the past 10 years, working with NL health care and local government, charities, as well as international NGOs.
Frouke’s original background is in Human Resources, in which she was a member of the Management Team, reporting into the international headquarters. As Frouke calls it ‘the best business education she could wish for’. Frouke has experienced the day to day business challenges herself: handling complex situations, managing teams, managing contradictions, managing change, the importance of organizational culture and the impact of a leadership team.
