Owner, Caroline Anthony Coaching, created in 2016, specialising in Wellbeing & Mental Health Coaching & Supervision, inclusive of Neurodiversity.

I have been a qualified coach since 2016 and a coach supervisor since 2017, becoming formally qualified with CSTD in June 2022, although I started supervising privately from 2017.

Underpinning this work, I have been working inclusively, for 31 years in the fields of Health, Education & Social Care working with adults, children and families as a front-line practitioner. There has been a strong basis of working within Safeguarding within the majority of this work, covering domestic abuse, vulnerable adults & children, children struggling within education due to additional needs, fostering children, mental health and crisis situations within family environments.
I offer supervision for professionals working with adults, children or families in regards to their wellbeing, neurodiversity, mental health or barriers to accessing a full life.

I am based in Aberdeenshire and work online as a Coach and Supervisor covering all of UK and overseas, currently France & Ireland.

My coaching philosophy is I use a range of methods with an underpinning of being person-centred, solution focused, bringing a positive psychology approach, whilst working within the 7-eyed model bringing my learning to the supervision conversation. I am currently exploring a transpersonal approach, particularly a keen interest in psychosynthesis and working in/with nature.

My approach with my supervisees is to offer a safe, ethical space to hold their sharing, whilst supporting their reflections and curiosity around their own understanding of how they facilitate their coaching and their deepening understanding of themselves, alongside bringing challenge where required to facilitate further deeper reflection. I have a strong emphasis on wellbeing both within my coaching and working with my supervisees to bring balance and grounding to their work. I also really enjoy working with their growth and business development within our supervision.

I am currently completing my accreditation as a Senior Practitioner Coach with EMCC.
