About Barbara
I am an experienced HR and business person, with specialisms in Executive Coaching, Coach Supervision, Workshop Facilitation and Workplace Mediation. I work with a range of clients, offering:
Coaching for Leadership development and personal change
Coaching for Resilience
Career Coaching and Mentoring
Workshop facilitation
Workplace Mediation and managing difficult relationships.
I have worked extensively with law firms and regulatory bodies, as well as very large corporations and small local businesses.
Whatever the organisation type, a common theme is the challenge presented by the pace and scale of change and the need to build and maintain resilience.
I am privileged to be part of a World Class Coaching community through my membership of the Association for Coaching for whom I hosted a monthly Co Coaching Forum for 5 years. In 2019 I qualified with the British School of Coaching as a Coach Supervisor, and I am now developing a Supervisory service for Coaches, including group meetings in the Milton Keynes area.

Qualifications
My first degree was in Law;
I have a Master’s degree in HR Management;
I am a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coaching programme. I am qualified as a Myers Briggs (MBTI) Practitioner;
I have a Workplace Mediation qualification from the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR);
I hold an NLP Practitioner certificate from ITS, which included neuroscience in every module; and
I qualified with the British School of Coaching as a Coach Supervisor.
