About alessandro
As a Coach I have worked with executives and entrepreneurs of start-ups, mid-to-small size businesses and major global organisations, operating in many sectors (finance, high-tech, manifactoring, fashion, energy, travel & leisure, telecommunications, media, nonprofit).
My style and the breadth of my experience is well suited for those who like challenges, try hard to win but are not afraid to lose a match, once a while.
I leverage my practice on the experience gained in over thirty years serving companies (Yahoo!, British Telecom, Il Sole 24 Ore) in staff and line roles.
I participate, as a pro-bono Mentor, in international programs for the development of high talented individuals.
I started my career as a high school teacher.
I earn a degree in History and Philosophy.
I am the proud guitarist of Blues Drifters, a rock-blues band from the Milan area.
