All participants will be sent pre-thinking exercises to prepare their supervision question and prepare themselves to “think about their thinking” in the group dynamic.
Kate uses creative and theoretical techniques to address individual supervision questions and promotes the group to actively participate in all the exercises for the wider group learning benefits.
Newly qualified coaches will benefit as there is an opportunity to explore their practice, client work confidence and gain restorative self-development and comfort from working with others as they build their coaching practice. Established coaches can reconnect with the themes in their client work they wish to address.
Kate will use her Supervision skill alongside her facilitation expertise to manage the group dynamic and learning space ensuring all gain value from the time spent together. She will also encourage ongoing development through sharing coaching theories and exercises to practice for the delegate’s action plans post session. Having written the book "The Coaching Solopreneur" Kate also runs Business Mentoring should this need be stronger than the Supervision session boundaries.
Should not all spaces be filled Kate will honour the time held with a smaller group through consultation with the delegates.
Testimonial: “Kate’s style and approach was wonderful. The creative techniques that she used to explore more about concerns and feelings left me with key insights on how I can overcome them.”
