Team Coaches - Group Supervision beginning in January
Develop confidence as a team coach. This is a 5-month, 10-hour journey, co-led by Neil Edwards, and Betsy Block as your Accredited Team Coaching Supervisors. Work alongside a group of team coaching colleagues to explore, examine, and reflect together on coaching cases to expand your range and capability as a team coach. Together we will unpack co-coach dynamics, coach-team dynamics, systemic impacts, and ethical challenges as a team coach. You will have gained the five (5) hours of Coaching Supervision required as a prerequisite for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
In order to ensure an effective supervision experience for all, we ask that each participant attest to prerequisites for participation in the group.
Prerequisites:

Minimum of 60 hours of team coaching training.

Have a current certification from a coach certification body (i.e., ICF, EMCC, AOC).

Have at least one active team coaching client during the 5-month group.
