Reflective Supervision Group - BiMthly

I am creating a new group for coaching supervision.  This will be a deeply connecting, reflective and expansive group over a year.  There will be an emphasis on self reflection, parallel process and learning from the experience of the self (coach), other (coachee) and the context (coaching and wider).

Here's the key elements:  

• Sessions are bi-mthly over a year, so 6 sessions…all sessions will be 12pm-1:30pm;
• There will be maximum 6 people in groups to ensure we create a deep, connected learning space;
• The purpose is to create/hold a transformational learning space with a committed group who support, challenge and grow with each other over the year
• There will be a welcoming, warm, open/honest context to share cases, experiences and provide reflective feedback to each other
• There will also be an option of joining a WhatsApp group to support/share ideas in-between sessions
