Reflective Bi-Monthly Supervision Group

Exciting news! New Coaching Supervision Groups...

I am creating some new groups for coaching supervision - starting with cohort salsa! My intention is to build a deeply connected, reflective and expansive groups over each period of time together.  There will be an emphasis on self reflection, parallel process and learning from the experience of the self (coach), other (coachee) and the context (coaching and wider).

The first group will be starting in late July 2023 and I warmly invite you to consider if a group may be the ideal place for you and your development. Here's the key elements:  

• Sessions are bi-mthly over a year, so 6 sessions…all groups will be 12pm-1:30pm;
• There will be maximum 6 people in groups to ensure we create a deep, connected learning space;
• The purpose is to create/hold a transformational learning space with a committed group who support, challenge and grow with each other over the year
• There will be a welcoming, warm, open/honest context to share cases, experiences and provide reflective feedback to each other
• There will also be an option of joining a WhatsApp group to support/share ideas in-between sessions
