Group supervision
Why group supervision?
Group supervision provides an opportunity to work together with other coaches to explore your coaching experience, approach, ethics and wellbeing. Working in this way enables you to hear from other coaches and learn from their reflections and invite multiple and potentially diverse perspectives to the supervision process. A group supervision process can be engaging and creative and build on a wide range of knowledge and insight.
Set over 6 months, a small group of 5-8 coaches meet monthly to share and learn, sharpen their saw and be better coaches.
