The Lock-In: Mentor Coaching for an ICF Credential (Intensive- Virtual)

We offer three ways to experience the Lock-In. This option is an intensive virtual programme, held over the course of 3 consecutive days.

How does the Virtual Dispersed Lock-In work?

This Mentor Coaching Lock-In takes place over Zoom. The virtual option works very well and has been tried and tested, it follows a very similar format to the face-to-face version but adapted to enable participants to take part virtually.

Join a virtual group of up to 7 ACC & PCC applicants to:

• Sharpen your coaching skills through 7 hours of group mentor coaching*, where each of you practices 1-1 coaching with feedback and learning from others’ practice and feedback
• Clarify the expectations of the ICF and record your coaching and CPD hours
• And/or achieve something of your own choosing, related to your coaching
• Keep yourself accountable for progress post-Lock-In

Virtual Lock-In programme:

• 7 hours of group mentor coaching
• Getting to know the competencies
• Credential requirements briefing
• Recording your coaching and CPD hours
• Discussing ethical issues and coach knowledge assessment
• A copy of Clare’s book – Mentor Coaching: A Practical Guide
• 10 hours of videos on the competencies, which include coaching demonstrations
• Video on accessing multiple intelligences in coaching
• A care package

Programme dates:

• 15th April - Day 1: 14.00 - 17.30
• 16th April - Day 2: 09.00 - 17.30
• 17th April - Day 3: 09.00 - 17.30

(The Meet the Mentor session date is 25th March 16.00 - 17.15 via Zoom, joining instructions will be sent by email)
