8 weeks of group work including individual reflective practice in between sessions and self-led peer work. Please expect to engage with the course material between 2-4 hours a week. The more time engaged, the better the quality of learning you will experience
Next Group Staring April 2021
Weekly group sessions lasting 1.5 hours on Monday evenings, from 7pm to 8.30pm
Weekly peer sessions lasting between 15-60 minutes
Weekly individual reflective practice.
Weekly material prompts between group sessions.

Attendance Criteria
Qualified coaches minimal QQI6 and/or a membership with a coaching body.
Please contact [email protected] if you would like to attend but do not meet the attendance criteria. Many coaches have other strengths and practices that Sile believes is as valuable as accredited training.
REQUIRED FOR COMPLETION
Engaged in 90% of the full course
8 reflective practice assignments completed to a pass standard.
On completion you will be awarded 16 CPD points by The Association of Coaching and a Certificate from Walsh Coaching and Consulting validating the standard of completion. However this is so much more than award criteria, this is about practicing coaching at a deeper level.
