Executive Coach: An Integrative Approach
Henley Business School has invited Clive Mann (Ridler & Co principal and executive team coach) to give a webinar, outlining his approach to executive coaching. Clive will explain how the integrative approach has evolved as his coaching methodology, bringing together the disciplines of business and psychology in the service of senior leaders and their teams. He will profile the ‘integrative approach’ to executive coaching, which he brings to his client base of CEOs, senior leaders and rising stars at the executive coaching practice Ridler & Co.
Clive will describe how the approach helps his clients to build the connection between who they are and what they do, including how this benefits their careers and adds value for their organisations, by strengthening their leadership and enhancing the business results they deliver. He will further describe how the integrative approach has evolved as a coaching methodology, combining the disciplines of business and psychology woven together with the distinctive fabric of psychological theories that underpin the approach.
