Groups run with a maximum of five participants, who will each need a video camera and a microphone on the computer, and be able to log onto the virtual ZOOM platform.
For those who have missed sessions, there will be a make-up session to cover these in July 2018
The expectation is that you are currently coaching at least 3 clients so that you are able to bring cases to supervision. You may also bring facilitation cases and leadership cases to reflect on in the group.
Ø We will contract for the usual confidentiality of the cases and client work brought to the sessions
Ø We will spend some time contracting at the beginning of the first session
