I am a qualified coaching supervisor and have about 5 years of coaching supervision experience, more one to one than in groups.
In company, I have also overseen a mentoring programme and am about to supervise a group on individual internal coaches.
I would like to continue providing coaching supervision for individuals and small groups, as I strongly believe in the importance of supervision for safeguarding the ethics and high quality of the coaching profession.
I would like to work with a small team of supervisors in Belgium to highlight the importance of supervision for the coaching profession.
I am also a Master Certified Coach at ICF and subscribe to the ICF code of ethics.
