ABOUT ME
I serve as an Executive and Leadership Coach, Mentor for credentialing, and Coaching Supervisor. My background as a leader in international business for more than 20 years and operating in many countries from Europe, Middle East, and Africa, complement my coaching knowledge and expertise, allowing my clients to get quickly to the heart of the matter, and achieve what they truly want.

COACHING
My purpose is to help people gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and take action to bring their goals to life. For that, I use scientifically grounded methods and tools to facilitate insights and actions for concrete results (evidence-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, career, executive, or systemic coaching).

MENTORING
To support my fellow coaches as a Mentor for credentialling, I am engaged in continuous education in the field of coaching, awarded Mentor Coach and ICF Assessor certifications.

SUPERVISION
Over the past couple of years, I studied supervision and I am regularly working with a supervisor myself. That journey led me to the next natural step - to get trained in Coaching Supervision and to support fellow coaches with Coaching Supervision.
