Tim Anderson Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Coach Mentor
I run group supervision, work with coaches 1-2-1 and support several organisations with internal coaches.
My coaching development services offer support for those new to coaching and those who are established practitioners, all underpinned by ICF and EMCC core competencies and the Ethical framework.
My supervision style is to work as your thinking partner. My philosophy is simple, I believe everyone has the capability to succeed, however it is sometimes the interference that prohibits our success. Quoting Tim Gallwey, author of the Inner Games series, "Performance = potential - interference". By working together, I can support you to reach your full potential.
My coaching approach is that of client centred facilitation where we work in partnership with our client .This approach is derived from the work of the American psychologist Carl Rogers where congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard are the foundation of a coach, client relationship.
