"Sue is a very experienced coach and as my supervisor she was able to offer me all the support I needed while at the same time challenging my thinking and beliefs where necessary. Our sessions were always enlightening and thought provoking and the techniques and tools she used have proved invaluable in my own coaching practice. I would highly recommend Sue to any coach seeking to improve their coaching skills as part of their ongoing professional development."

"Sue has provided me with Coaching and Coaching Supervision as I set up my new business over the last 9 months. I found Sue insightful, challenging and supportive, and through her I have gained increased understanding about my needs as a new business owner. This has improved my problem solving and decision making skills, and helped my step into the unknown with a clearer focus on my goals"

"I have been working with Sue as my Coaching Supervisor over a 4 month period. Her approach was sensitive, expert, thorough and ethical. She was centred around my requirements, making sure she 'contracted' carefully through-out the process, never shying away from stretching the conversation when needed. I really appreciated how she gave me space and did not sit in judgement. It has been an illuminating experience - opening my eyes to developing my coaching beyond the current style. Sue was a perfect role model - I gained so much just from her approach to our sessions. I feel refreshed, invigorated and prepared! I have seen my coaching improve and progress with each Supervision meeting and look forward to this continuing"
