About Stephen
Hi there, I’m Stephen - husband, engineer, senior manager, techie, vegetarian, runner, yogi, PCC credentialed coach, coach mentor, coach supervisor and host of the The Curious Coach Podcast - These are just some of the labels I’ve given to myself over the years, and I’m still adding to them!
My professional career started out in engineering and being curious about how things worked and how to create and develop complex systems. Over the years my curiosity expanded into leadership, people and ultimately to discover the answer to the ultimate question – “Who am I?”!!! Along the way I realised that people (myself included) are much more illogical, challenging and complex that anything technology could offer - and not to mention wonderful, joyful, human beings who have so much potential!
In 2022, I’ve decided to follow my own passion for coaching, mentoring and supervision and left the safety and security of corporate life to fully embrace the freedom and excitement of developing my own business.
As a supervisor, I love working with coaches who are curious to learn, grow and develop themselves as professional, ethical and fully-resourced coaches. To achieve this, I believe in creating a safe, reflective, non-judgemental space where coaches can fully explore what is happening with them and their clients.
