I tumbled into the world of supervision. In my corporate role I had barely heard of it, yet landed in a coaching supervision training program with a bump as the natural next thing. Ever since developing my supervision skills and practice is my focus. I am very much drawn towards the creative and somatic aspects of supervision provision.

I have 30 year's experience in HR, OD and leadership development, latterly in global roles. Supporting leaders with the people and change aspects of their strategy development or execution. Now many of my clients work directly or support those in these kinds of work senarios.

A graduate of the Coaching Supervision Academy accredited diploma course. I subscribe to the EMCC's Code of Ethics. I support 2 coaching supervision schools in different ways and am happy to share my involvement with each in a conversation.

People who are interested in working or developing their somatic awareness and/or intuition find their way to me. I practice many of the techniques of Wendy Palmers Leadership Embodiment which teaches us how to stay centred and calm in the face of resistance. I practice Feldenkrais daily to help me learn to be ever increasingly aware of somatic/bodywork data for those who find this source of information helpful.

My clients are dotted around the globe working in professional practice or providing in-house coaching/supervision.
