I consider myself to be a fairly experienced coach and have engaged in supervision regularly throughout my practice. I recently extended myself into the area of systemic team coaching and sought out a supervisor who could support me in my development journey as I engaged with the role of
Systemic Team Coach. Sandra's approach has worked very well for me.

Whilst Sandra's practice is clearly grounded in a range of theoretical and professional models she deploys her very deep knowledge and experience in a non-formulaic way so I leave each session feeling truly heard, effectively challenged and supported to deal with the next steps in my coaching work and personal development. I have been working with Sandra over the past 12 months as my coaching supervisor.
I have worked with other supervisors but didn’t feel I was getting what I needed from the sessions so spent a fair bit of time looking for someone who would give me a different perspective, who would constructively challenge me where needed, where I could continue to learn something about myself and my motivations as part of my self knowing, someone whom I could learn from and most importantly, someone who offered a safe space where I could trust the confidential promise between us. I have worked with Sandra since 2008 when I delivered the ILM Coaching Qualifications in her organisation to develop a coaching culture. We developed a collaborative partnership working together on a variety of projects and programmes through CBC over 12 years. Sandra is an ethical and effective coach and supervisor. She is calm, focussed, qualified and experienced as a coach and supervisor with deep levels of psychological mindedness and embedded systemic thinking. She provides group supervision for my associates and has been working as the lead for a number of months on all our supervision training programmes. Sandra is a very reflective supervisor and prioritises time to develop her thinking and practice ,then consolidating this sharing and summarising reflections with our peer group.
