A curious & dedicated explorer, Pamela has an eclectic background with experience in multiple disciplines. Passionate about delving into unknown territories, the last 20 years have found Pamela spending her time and energies on coaching, training, mentoring and coaching supervision in this emerging field.

A founding member of one of the premier training programs for professional coaches, she is a pioneer in the field, assisting in shaping what we know coaching to be today.

During her early work, Pamela significantly contributed to the design, standards and systems development for coach training in multi-cultural, virtual training environments that spanned the globe.

An experienced speaker and trainer, she has facilitated hundreds of courses in both virtual and live settings, working with individuals in a variety of cultures, regions and business contexts.

An experienced Executive Coach, with C-level clients in both private and public sector business, her clients have also included artists, educators, managers, entrepreneurs and small business owners; as eclectic a mix as her various studies. She has owned her own business and managed others. She can consult on organizational development and inter-cultural relations, manage a corporate team, or train and coach around leadership development.

Pamela is also competent in developing curriculum, articulation standards and matriculation policies.
