I am an active coaching supervisor, coach, coach trainer in EOS Coaching Ltd.
As a CMI Chartered Manager, having had senior management and leadership roles in Stockholm and London, I have more than 40 years' hands-on pragmatic business experience which I blend with a B Ed, CIPD Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Mentoring, and an OCM Certificate in Organisational Coach Mentoring Supervision. Over the last 25 years or so I have also worked extensively with consultancy and management and leadership development.
In addition, I have a Kirkpatrick Bronze award, an APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), am a qualified SDI and PRISM facilitator, and conduct coaching de-briefings using these tools if required.

I am also an NLP Master Practitioner and hold an NLP Business Practitioner Certificate and Licence. In previous roles I have managed training businesses and teams. I currently provide coaching supervision, coaching, mentoring and coach mentoring training for clients and colleagues.

I work across the private, public and charity sectors. In 2019 I co-designed an IC-Agile accredited Agile Coaching accreditation course and am exploring widening coaching horizons to combine SME skills in Project Management, ITIL, DevOps, Lean Six Sigma with coaching skills. I work equally comfortably face to face and on a range of remote delivery platforms to suit my clients’ needs. From my perspective coaching supervision, coaching, and mentoring are partnerships with my clients.
