About Nova

I am an active coaching supervisor, coach, coach trainer and head of business unit in a large training organisation. I have a B Ed, CIPD Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Mentoring, an OCM Certificate in Organisational Coach Mentoring Supervision and more than 30 years’ experience of management, consultancy, coaching, and training in the UK and Scandinavia. In addition, I have a Kirkpatrick Bronze award, an APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), am a qualified PRISM facilitator, and conduct coaching de-briefings on this neuroscience based assessment tool.
I am also an NLP Master Practitioner and hold an NLP Business Practitioner Certificate and Licence. In previous roles I have managed training businesses and teams. I currently provide coaching supervision, coaching and coach mentoring training for clients and colleagues.
I work across the public and private sectors and am exploring widening coaching horizons to combine SME skills in Project Management, Agile, ITIL, DevOps, Lean Six Sigma with coaching skills. I work equally comfortably face to face and on the phone/Skype to suit my clients’ schedules. I like what I do to be highly interactive and collaborative, and share tools for achieving positive influence with supervisees, coachees, learners and customers alike.
