About Neil
I am a qualified Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor with extensive experience in 1:1 and group settings.
I see supervision as a dialogue between professionals that creates space for reflection, challenge, support and inquiry. I am skilled in creating a safe learning space in which coaches can gain perspective and insight that benefits their clients and transforms their practice.
Working in group and 1:1 settings I work with a wide range of coaches across the public, private, not-for-profit and voluntary sectors. My approach is underpinned by a thorough understanding of coaching and supervision that enables me to adapt to the particular needs of the group and the individuals within it. As a supervisor of internal coaching networks, I work closely with organisations to understand the needs of the system in which they operate and to provide tailored approaches that deliver fresh insights. My supervision provides space to explore otherwise intractable issues in each coach’s practice, promote professional coaching and supervision standards and support wellbeing.
My creative approach to supervision means that every session is different. Drawing upon my knowledge and experience I explore each coach’s issues in a supportive process that identifies what is going well in addition areas for development. I believe in sharing the supervision process with my clients so that they learn about supervision at the same time as being supervised.
I subscribe to the Global Code of Ethics and am a member of the Association of Coaching Supervisors.
Rates
| Supervision Rate | Commercial clients: £400/hour Self-funding clients: 1.5 times the practitioner's fee for their professional activity subject to a minimum of £250 per hour plus agreed expenses as incurred. |
| Group Supervision Rate | Face to Face or virtual groups of up to 6 coaches £800 per half day plus agreed expenses as incurred. |
