About Michele
I'm an Executive Coach, Team Coach, Supervisor & OD Consultant and qualified as a coach with Management Futures in 2005. I am a senior practitioner with EMCC and I subscribe to EMCC's code of ethics.
I qualified as a coaching supervisor with CSA in 2013. I wanted to undertake this programme to develop as a coaching supervisor and also to further develop as a coach and a reflective practitioner.
I find that, for me as a coach, supervision enables me to come back to me and who I am. It provides the place where I can reflect on my clients and my practice, and it always heightens my awareness and my ability to work authentically.
I am also a qualified Team Coach, having completed the Ashridge Team coaching for Consultants programme and the AoEC Systemic Team Coaching Diploma. I find that I am increasingly spending time in the wonderful messiness of working with leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness and collective leadership. This work is particularly demanding in my experience - and I can offer high-quality supervision space to nourish and develop team coaches.
