I use a solution-focused approach to coaching supervision and provide a professional, ethical, non-judgmental safe environment to facilitate my clients to achieve their goals; develop their reflective learning and improve their performance.
I use a variety of tools and methods to create a bespoke experience for each client, drawing on models such as CLEAR; the Seven-Eyed Supervision Model; Full Spectrum Model and the Henley Eight Model.
I follow the Global Code of Ethics as a member of the Association for Coaching (AC), European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
I draw on my extensive experience as a coach and coaching supervisor and use those skills to bring a creative approach to my practice, enabling my clients to achieve their potential and enhance their own practice.
My aim is to promote my client’s independence, self-reliance, and sense of empowerment.
I am the Programme Director with the British School of Coaching and lead the ILM Level 7 qualification for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors and the ILM Level 7 qualification for coaching and mentoring supervisors.
