Lynne is an experienced, accredited coaching supervisor and an accredited Master Executive Coach. Trained in the supervision of both team and individual coaching, she works with coaches one-to-one and also runs supervision groups.

Lynne has worked in and with a broad range of organisations and sectors and understands the challenges of working in complex systems. Integrating core supervision models into her work, Lynne also adopts a Clean approach to much of her supervision.

Lynne brings a pragmatic and grounded approach to working in partnership with coaches. She employs her experience, psychological mindedness and a systemic perspective to support coaches to reflect on their coaching practice, to understand themselves and the conditions for them to work at their best, to learn and to develop. Lynne supports coaches in their personal development and where required, business development.

A former UK Vice Chair and UK Head of Standards & Accreditation for the Association for Coaching (AC), Lynne is well-versed in coaching ethics and coach development and supports coaches when required to work towards coach accreditation or credentialing. She trains coaches and assesses trainee supervisors.

Lynne is the co-developer of the Five-Minute Coach, a Clean-based coaching model. She is the author of Business NLP for Dummies and the co-author of The Five-Minute Coach - improve performance rapidly.

Lynne was made Honorary Life Fellow of the AC in 2013 for her contribution to the coaching profession. She is a member of the Global Supervisors Network.
