Kevin Bowers has a unique combination of over 14 years experience as a senior executive career coach, together with senior and global business experience.

In his executive life he led major projects, restructured manufacturing plants, and increased productivity.
Kevin is a former Plant Manager of Becton Dickinson. He then joined Baxter Healthcare becoming General Manager of Ireland, Vice President of European Operations, and then Vice President of Corporate Supply Chain Management in their Corporate Headquarters in Chicago.
He has extensive experience in positions requiring strong leadership, teamwork and interpersonal skills in an international environment. He has also had hands on experience in strategic planning, and implementing change management and organisational restructuring.

In 2001 he left the Corporate world to set up his own consultancy business and subsequently began his coaching career. He has coached in most sectors of Irish business including Financial Services, Healthcare Technology, Pharmaceutical, Electronic, Professional Services, Media, Environmental, and many small/medium enterprises (SMEs). In recent times he has developed a significant practice in team coaching within his portfolio. He has played a leading role in developing the Praesta coaching business in Ireland.

He holds an MA from Trinity College, Dublin. He is an EMCC accredited Master Coach. Recently he became an accredited ESQA Supervisor.
