With a professional background in education and Children's Services leadership, I have been coaching since 2008. Supporting individuals to explore their thinking and move forward is my passion and evaluative feedback highlights my careful listening, insightful challenge and compassionate, mindful focus. I have a varied and diverse portfolio of clients, coaching across cultures and sectors, and including people at all stages of their careers, from new starts through to Chief Executives.

I view the supervision space as somewhere honest, confidential and supportive where together we can explore coaching challenges safely. My offer focuses on one to one relationships, building lasting partnerships over time to facilitate deep and meaningful change. I take a somatic approach, and draw on my academic background in psychology and my Mindfulness practice when coaching and supervising. Mine is a bespoke and flexible approach designed to support and challenge and encourage sustainable development.
