Alongside my coaching and supervision practice I am a visiting tutor on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School.
I believe that as a coach we are the main tool of the coaching and therefore, how we show up is fundamental to the work, to support this belief I am doing a PhD exploring the role of self-awareness in the development of the coach. Therefore, I believe developing our self-awareness and reflective practice is critical to being a successful coach and developing mastery. I see coaching supervision as part of this development.
Alongside this I am passionate about my own development and regularly engage in my own supervision and am currently being supervised by a somatic supervisor to expand my practice in new ways.
My current supervisees are a mix of newly qualified and experienced coaches. I am coaching a mix of senior leaders and middle managers in a range of organisations including Snows Group, BMW and Portsmouth University. Alongside my supervision qualifications I have a MSc in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, I am also a NLP Master Practitioner and a Time-to-Think accredited coach. Before moving into Leadership Development my background was in assessment and development, and I still do some of this work, and am currently working with the Royal Navy and British Army.
