Professional Qualifications
I supervise a diversity of coaches, both individually and in groups. My strengths as a supervisor are my experience, my warmth and my ability to create a reassuring, accepting space for coaches to explore and reflect on their interactions with clients, to review caseload and practice issues and to support coaches in working ethically and with integrity. I am experienced at working with groups and with process.
I have been supervising coaches individually and in groups since November 2008. I did an ICF certified supervision training with Coach Development UK in 2010.
Prior to training as a psychotherapist and coach, I worked for over a decade as a Chartered Accountant with PWC in Johannesburg and London, and freelance as an Accountant for working for a diversity of clients in the financial, media, IT, construction and engineering sectors in London.
I currently offer both face to face and online group supervision with up to 7 coaches in each group meeting meet monthly for 2 hours.
I have been offering certified coach supervision training since 2011, initially at the Wits Business School and since then in my own capacity.

'I never feel that she wants to be seen as the authority figure even though she holds the group together with a good deal of authority. She treats us as equals.'
